The B-CU Marching Wildcats 2008-2024 Uniform

The Marching Wildcats are making room for new uniforms! Help us make space for our new inventory by purchasing a used 2008-2024 edition of the Marching Wildcat's uniform. Friends, Alumni and fans are able to purchase

  1.  Instrumentalist uniform-pants not included (with optional Shako)
  2. "Sophisticat" Flag Corp Uniform (offered in Black, Maroon, or White)
  3. Drum Major Uniform  & Shako (offered in Black, Maroon or White)

Due to the size and weight of the uniforms we will not be offering shipping. These items are PICKUP ONLY.

Buyer agrees to the following when making purchase:

**2. Purchase Price:** - The Buyer agrees to pay the Seller the agreed-upon purchase price for The Marching Wildcats' Band Uniform. Payment shall be made in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

 

**3. Payment Method:** - Payment shall be made via Credit/Debit Card, or CashApp unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties.

 

**4. NO SHIPPING:** - The Buyer is responsible for picking up the purchased item from "Mrs. Freeman" (Band Operations Manager, Music/Band Office: Larry Handfield Music Annex Room: 201) on the appointed date and time made upon purchase unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. There will be a 10 business day grace period for the Buyer to contact the Seller to schedule another time of pick up otherwise forfeit their purchase. A representative of the Buyer may pick up the purchase, at the sole expressed consent of the Buyer.

 

**5. Inspection and Acceptance:** - Uniforms are used, worn, and, in some instances, torn. The Seller will provide the purchaser with the best uniform available. The Buyer understands that the purchased item will be sold as is.

 

**6. Ownership:** - Ownership of The Marching Wildcats' Band Uniform shall transfer to the Buyer upon receipt of full payment.

 

**7. Returns and Exchanges:** - There will be NO Exchanges or Refunds after full purchase.

 

**8. Intellectual Property:** - The Buyer acknowledges that any logos, trademarks, or other intellectual property displayed on The Marching Wildcats' Band Uniform are the property of the Seller or its licensors.

 

**9. Limitation of Liability:** - The Seller shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the purchase, use, or performance of The Marching Wildcats' Band Uniform.

 

**10. Governing Law:** - This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Florida/United States.

 

**11. Entire Agreement:** - This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the purchase of The Marching Wildcats' Band Uniform and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral. By completing the purchase, the Buyer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
